Pre Dinner Rendezvous: available for pre dinner drinks prior to an on site dinner (30mins)
2 cold canapes and 1 hot canape served over half an hour.

Evening Soiree: recommended for networking event (60mins)
3 canapes selected from the cold selection, 3 canapes selected from the hot selection.

Cocktail Reception: light catering (120mins)
5 canapes selected from the cold selection and 4 canapes selected from the hot selection.

Tete-a-tete: substantial catering served over 180 minutes with breaks as an evening meal platters of dips and crudites placed on tables as guests arrive, 5 cold canapes, 5 hot canapes, one noodle box per person, served on a rotational basis; cheese and fruit platters placed on occasional tables to complete the evening.
