Liquid offers guests a modern relaxed bar with lounge areas and outdoor terrace overlooking the city skyline and Darling Harbour. The latest sporting events displayed via Foxtel and ESPN are featured at the sports lounge area.

The Casey Steen Trio performs weekly, on Friday and Saturday from 5pm-8pm at the Hotel Bar. Join the Trio for an evening of Jazz and Sundowners, or pre-dinner drinks on the terrace with stunning skyline views.
Located on Level 1, Liquid, a bar is open from 8am on weekdays and 10am on weekends until late.
